- We’ll enter into an attorney client relationship. Our fees will be contingent. No collection, No fees, at this stage.
- We’ll report to you after making demand and doing a review of the defendant’s information and apparent ability to pay. We’ll then give you our recommendation as to whether to sue the Debtor. It is then up to you whether to proceed with the suit or close the matter, with no fee owed to our firm. We’ll quote you a requested advancement if you choose to proceed with a lawsuit.
- If you authorize same, we’ll file the lawsuit; serve the Debtor with the citation, petition and written questions or discovery, to be answered by the Debtor. We’ll then advise you of the Debtor’s response and move the matter through the courts. Most collection cases are uncontested. But we’ll keep you advised as the case proceeds. If judgment is entered, we’ll do an investigation of the Debtor’s assets and employ post judgment remedies, attempting to get you paid.
